One of my best friends Ariana the Great wrote and directed her own American Girl doll stop motion movie called Stella! This is what it's about:

"When Stella, a young girl with cancer, finally overcomes her disease, she deals with the after battle: being bullied. Stella is an emotional stop motion musical that is sure to pull at the heart strings."

I voice Mariella, one of the bullies in the movie, and Ariana also voices Stella's mom, as well as another one of my friends AGRainbows5 voicing Ashley, Stella's best friend.
