@khmharmon120 I agree with you that online would be easier. Also, I did really enjoy just doing my schoolwork at home when schools were closed last spring.
The main reason why I am choosing to go to in person is because I am doing an internship where I get to help teach at the elementary school, and I feel like that doing that internship is important enough to my future career in teaching that I should go to in-person school.
To each their own though. I definitely respect those who are doing online and can see why they would, just for my current situation, I personally think that it is important for me to go.
I would choose to do the all online option, because it would be much, much easier to take the classes on the computer. Plus, it would be like I was going to school without even leaving my house. LOL!! I wouldn't mind at all that if you picked all online classes, you would be limited to what classes you can take. When I was in school, I always liked math, science, reading, and LA (Language Arts).
@kmharmon120 I am still in school and at my school you have to choose to either be completely online or completely in-person. If you choose the in-person you have to wear a mask, get temp checked everyday, etc. But, if you choose the online, your choices of classes are more limited (you can't take electives that wouldn't work online like choir, band, etc.). So, I've ultimately decided to go to in-person school. But, even though I technically get to go back to school, school will be very different than it has been in previous school years.
There's also a Maryellen Back To School set. It wasn't on the website the first day, but it is now.
Yes. The back to school routine will indeed be somewhat different this year because of COVID-19. I did hear on the news a few weeks ago that students will now have the option to either stay home and take all of their classes online all year, or take half of their classes online and half of them at school. However, if they choose the half and half option, they will have to wear a face mask when they go into the school. I obviously don't go to school anymore, but if it were me, I would choose to stay home and take all of my classes on the computer all year. What about you all? Which option would you pick?
