Along with the new Truly Me gaming items, Bitty Baby got a refresh. But there's something that confused American Girl fans in this release: the Bitty Baby Twins.
The Bitty Baby Twins option is where you select 2 Bitty Baby dolls and their sleepers.
Unfortunately, the real Bitty Twins- the dolls with hair made from 2002 to 2016- aren't back. So the answer to the question- are the Bitty Twins back? The answer is yes and no. To me, it's more of a no.
