American Girl has closed all the American Girl stores inside Indigo bookstores in Canada. Canadian American Girl fans can still buy items online at americangirl.com.

It’s so sad because I always go to the one in Toronto and now it’s like I can explor my happy place you know 😢
I knew it was coming
the Ottawa store told me like a year ago that they were planning on closing all Canadian stores
u know had they put a real store and had actual workers who knew the products I would have been there every 2 weeks just spending all my money
it’s sad 😢 I want to look at the merch and decide if its worth my money or not I don’t want just all online
Took my grand-daughter to the one in Calgary a couple of days ago and was completely shocked to find it "gone". No warning, nothing! I was told that it closed on 30th June. They had a few items left in the doll section of the store. We were devastated as we had been waiting all year for my grand-daughter to come from BC for a visit to Red Deer. I wondered why I was able to use my Canadian credit card and have something mailed directly to Canada, the last time I ordered something from the US website a couple of months ago, when before that, you couldn't and you couldn't gain any reward points.
Seriously?!?!? I live somewhat near the Vancouver store (2.5 hours away) and I was going to go sometime this summer!!! That sucks. Also that’s not good for any who lives near a Canadian store!
