Hello AmericanGirl101! I have a dollhouse too, so here are a few tips and tricks.
Take everything out except for the main furniture.
While everything is out, rearrange the furniture how you want.
Then, go through everything you took out. Separate into groups of "Put back in", "Find a new home for", and "Don't really want/need this".
Arrange the "Put back in items" around the dollhouse. If you don't have enough space for what you want inside, either rethink where you want to put it, or get furniture with storage in/on it.
Lastly, find a new home for the rest or get rid of/donate it. I have a closet next to my dollhouse where I store my doll clothing and other accessories.
And voila! You have an adorable, clean, and tidy dollhouse!
I'm sorry this comment got so long. I hope this helps!
I don't have a dollhouse unfortunately but yours is so cool! To clean it, I'd just take everything out and completely reorganize and redecorate it, and get rid of anything that doesn't fit or I don't want.
