Okay, so, as the title says... I sent my doll to get her permapanties removed (for free) on the third of this month. My sister and I both sent a doll away, I sent Z Yang, and my sister sent Truly Me #47 (Janessa). I am SO excited for her to get back, but it was SO hard sending her away! :'( Has anyone else ever done this? I just keep worrying and thinking that something bad is going to happen to her, or she's going to get scratched! I watched a video of someone getting their Z doll back from getting her permapanties removed, and she was held in the box WITHOUT foam under the rubberbands. Also, I just keep thinking that some person that I don't know is touching my doll! The lady at the AG store said that they would be packaged very well, but I don't know... I'm just really worried.

Don’t worry! I have sent two dolls to the Doll Hospital before, Felicity for a new head because her wig was falling apart and Julie for new limbs because her’s were really loose. They both came back in excellent condition! They even put Julie’s hair in this really cute hairstyle, complete with ribbons! The hairstyle was that one where there is a ponytail with a braid in it. Felicity came back with a ribbon in her ponytail too! I’m not sure if the ribbon is part of the meet hairstyle, but it was still really cute! Both of the dolls are in good hands! It rained when Julie arrived back, so her package was very wet, but was unharmed! Even if they end up messing up the dolls, you can probably get a replacement or send them back to the hospital for free or something!
Thank you! I feel much better! I'm not sure if they'll touch my dolls hair though, because I'm not paying anything to get her permapanties removed. My sister and I actually did put their hair in low ponytails, because it was getting all messy. (My mom was scared that if we left their hair in any sort of hairstyle they would like, take the hair elastics or something. So my sister and I decided to use cheep hair elastics. As we were putting the elastics in their hair, I told my sister, "I don't care if I ever see this thing again." She thought it was hilarious...) It was very embarrassing (at least for the dolls) and awkward, to walk in with a naked doll wrapped in tissue paper.... luckily, there was hardly anyone there. XD
