I love Baskin-Robbins!!!!!! We don't have any up here in Maine.... Oh, I miss them. The luxury brand partnerships are ridiculously expensive. What ever happened to having a doll just like you? That goes to the local diner and shops at Target? The cost of the dolls, while high, is not totally cost prohibitive. They aren't a luxury brand. They are an accessible expensive brand. And there is no reason that the "luxury" items should have to be expensive. The Love Shack Fancy dresses were beautiful, but only luxury because of the name. There are equally precious beautiful dresses made by any number of companies that you can find on Zulily for under $25 for girls dresses (some cheaper if you shop out of season). I think some people are getting put off by the appearance of having to keep up with the Joneses.
