I twisted one of my blonde curls around my finger as I rang the doorbell. “Howdy! Ya must be Sofia!” A girl with long, white-blonde hair cried. “I’m Alex, the oldest.” I stepped in, lugging my suitcase. “Yeah, Sofia Everard.” I sighed. “I guess now, Sofia Everard-Vega.” I looked around the place. A tall Hispanic with bangs was lounged on a couch. A small brunette was sitting in a corner playing with two American Girl Dolls. An African-American with loads of curls was handling the oven. And a redhead and a blonde were chatting. “Meet Dani and Jada,” Alex started, pointing to the chatters.
“I’m Daniela, Or just Dani.” The blonde girl announced. Next, I was introduced to doll girl, or Savannah. Hispanic Girl was Luciana. The girl at the oven was Ruth. I was going to be just fine.
