Okay, so, here's the deal. I just finished reading Gabriela's first and second books, and I was like, "WHY DOES SHE CALL HER COUSIN RED??!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!??!" So, I decided I'd ask American Girl, and this is what they said: "Red’s full name is Clifford, as in “Clifford the Big Red Dog”. Hence, “Red” as a nickname. The name was chosen as an homage to our partnership with Scholastic whose mascot is Clifford the Big Red Dog! Thanks for asking!" So.....I......NEVER would have guessed that!!!! I guess you learn something new everyday, and I plan to be MORE active on here!
