So it turns out that I stumbled on a red herring, because GOTY 2016’s meet outfit leaked and the ego tag said… LEA CLARK! So Lea is Girl of the Year 2016’s name! You may be thinking, “But American Girl didn’t trademark Lea!” Turns out, Mattel hid it under Barbie this year so people could be stumped. At least we know that for next year!
