I am so happy to announce that after 9 long years, Josefina is getting a new outfit! Her last outfit (unless you count her BeForever pajamas and meet) was released in 2007, 9 years ago. I am about to show you Josefina's new outfit, but let's go to the commercial break because I am annoying like that about cliffhangers.

MY ANSWER: Ivy (Just Like You #16). It was actually my sister's 6th birthday present, but I ended up with her after I became an American Girl fan. And all of her other dolls too.
