In just one week, the brand new American Girl Place at New York City will open! Here are AG's procedures to make sure this opening runs smoothly:
Entrance Tickets will be distributed in the lobby for 75 Rockefeller Plaza on both Saturday and Sunday beginning at 8:00 a.m. Tickets will only be valid for the date of issue.
Group Entry Numbers will be posted on a sign outside of the store and on American Girl’s Twitter account.
To receive notifications when Group Entry Numbers are announced, you can do one of the following (message and data rates may apply):

Follow American Girl on Twitter and turn notification settings on via the Twitter app
Based on demand and capacity, we may stop distributing Entrance Tickets. In this instance, guests who do not receive an Entrance Ticket will receive our free giveaway. Tickets for the next day will not be given to them.
Every guest who receives an Entrance Ticket will be admitted to the store on the day the ticket was distributed.
If a guest misses their Group Entry Number time, they can go in with the current group.
Guests who have reservations for the Cafe or American Girl Salon will be allowed entry to the store one hour prior to the reservation time. Please come to the welcome table to receive an Entrance Ticket.
Every child that enters our store throughout Grand Opening weekend will receive a gift (as supplies last).
Guests can enter to win a Gabriela doll on both Saturday and Sunday of Grand Opening Weekend.
For your planning purposes, there will be a Veteran’s Day Parade from 11:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 11. The parade will travel north on Fifth Avenue from 26th street to 52nd street.
