Mattel, American Girl's parent company, announced yesterday that they were starting a film division. It is called Mattel Films and will be headed by Robbie Brenner, a Hollywood producer that has produced films like "Mirror Mirror" and the Oscar nominated "Dallas Buyers Club".

This comes after reports of another American Girl movie being in the works in June. Can this be a possibility?
