How To Say "Doll" In Different Languages

Dolls are awesome, we all can agree. But what if you're learning a different language and want to say how much you love your dolls but can't find the words? I used to get by with plain English, but now that I'm interested in Miraculous Ladybug and anime, I want to learn some French and Japanese. So I decided to figure out how to say "doll" in French, Japanese and a bunch of other different languages!

French: Poupée

Japanese: 人形 (Ningyo)

Spanish: Muñeca

Portuguese: Boneca

Chinese: 娃娃 (Wawa)

German: Puppe

Italian: Bambola

Polish: lalka

Korean: 인형 (inhyeong)

Was this interesting?
