It's almost 2020, and while this means Joss, this also means the end of American Girl's current eye exchange program. Here's how this program will work in 2020 and beyond:

-If you have a doll purchased in 2019 or earlier that you want to send in, I'd advise to send now. These eye exchanges will end in the new year for these dolls and they'll become paid. However...

-If you end up buying a doll in 2020 or later and she happens to have the bad eyes, you can send her in and AG will cover the exchange under the product warranty.
