Blonde dolls are really popular, probably because virtually no one has hair this blonde past childhood. It's almost a fantasy color, really. And actual blonde hair looks nowhere near this good! I can see why they make a lot of blondes. It looks so pretty and is probably a sure bet sales-wise. But they do make more dark-haired dolls than blonde.
