American Girl Rumors for May 2023 Release

DISCLAIMER: AGDN does not condone the personal beliefs of JK Rowling. Trans rights are human rights.

April's release, featuring the return of Kit and Courtney's new pajama set, is tomorrow! But in the meantime, I have found an interesting rumor online about what May 2023's set could include.

Spoiler alert: it's sigh another Harry Potter thing. The Hogwarts Express train, to be exact.

Not so excited about this but I am excited to see what else comes out next month!

I LOVE Harry Potter- so bring it on. Would also love an official Disney line...

...like the whole train? O.o That would be quite the BTI, but I'm intrigued. I hope they have smaller more affordable sets too.

AG would definitely make money if they did a disney princess line or something with disney period.

Disney currently has a line of 18” dolls Called ”Disney ily 4ever” made by Jakks Pacific so that license would have to expire before a Disney collab with AG.

Interesting! Where did you find this rumor? I haven’t seen anything about it.

Ngl, Instead of a train, I think AG could make thousands of more dollars if they brought back old historical characters/historical characters that got the beforever treatment (ex. Most Character's Original Pre-Beforever Collection, Other ex.: Best Friends comeback like Marie-Grace and Cecile, Ivy, etc.), because lets be honest, who would buy a train set for an American Girl doll that will only collect dust in the future when they could bring back things that people who like AG would actually buy?

EXACTLY!!! Why buy a train when AG can bring back Old Historicals/Best Friend Dolls?
