American Girl Store Hair Salon Still Has Retired Dolls On Display

I thought this was really interesting when I went to the American Girl store in Charlotte today: they still had pictures of some retired Truly Me dolls on display at the Doll Hair Salon!

I go to Charlotte AG too. Sometime it seems like thair lazy sometime. I used to go to Orlando AG they haded good services, then the pandemic hit and it got a little lazy.

I remember going to the Orlando store when i was about 5. I remember looking at a Logan display and depiseing him!😅 Haven't gone back since though,.

Imagine if there could be pictures of retired historical characters, best friend characters, and Girl of the year dolls.

No, I’m just asking everyone to imagine if there were. I don’t think there are any photos of retired dolls with character names. But at the New York store there are displays of historicals including the retired ones. These are only displays to introduce every single historical accompanied by images from their books.

Yeah… not exactly surprised either. I recall seeing retired dolls in promotional materials many months after they’d sold out. Been a couple years, but still valid.

They always do stuff like this. It doesn't matter to them that the TM dolls they are promoting are no longer for sale.
