PLEASE go and read the Tribune article when the suit was initially brought up, It's a combination of use of appearances, what Lucianne was focused on at Adler, a similar name, and that AG execs most likely went to a TED Talk they put on. It also caused them to be misgendered numerous times, something that's extremely difficult for trans folx to deal with.
