I think it should be Maryellen in her Cowgirl Costume, because Maryellen's my favorite and her Cowgirl Costume is my favorite.
I had thought this through. I was thinking Chrissa because February is Valentine’s Day and in her first book and her movie Chrissa celebrates Valentine’s. Her meet outfit is pink and almost looks like something to wear on Valentine’s Day, and her stories deal with friendship. ❤️🌹💖
I also considered Cecile. Since February is black history month and her story also deals with the power of friendship. Especially since her best friend Marie-Grace had been a doll of the month before.
I also pick Ivy, because Chinese New Year is in February this year. Also, Ivy’s birthday is in February and she and Julie celebrates it in Julie’s third book. It’s also ivy’s most favorite holiday!
