I also suggest that the Doll of the Month for July should be Julie since the name Julie was derived from the month of July which was named after Julius Caesar! Also Julie's collection always seems sunny and July means summertime, as well as the Fourth of July. Julie's fifth book focuses on the Fourth of July (which was the nation's Bicentennial).
I was thinking maybe a Best Friend character like Ruthie or Gwen Thompson.
