Could Raquel be from the Southwest?
This theory about Raquel Reyes as the Girl of the Year 2026 sounds really interesting! I love how American Girl creates strong and unique characters every year. It reminds me of how some games also bring in new characters with special stories. For example, in Null's Brawl, the new Alli Trunk update adds fresh gameplay and fun content. I love how we have just a name and possible setting but we all have her fate decided here lol
Looks more Arizona or New Mexico, but would love a southern Utah doll.
This seems like a stretch. They've been releasing Fun ... Travel Outfits since 2020 and they've never been associated with a GOTY, and we have a year until GOTY 2026 is released.
