Of all the World by Us trio, only Makena is still here. I believe American Girl has quietly cancelled the World By Us line. The Makena is very cheap compared to the other 18-inch dolls and there has never been any new products for The World By Us line. American Girl doesn’t promote it anymore.

I believe so. If she does get retired, American Girl probably retire her quietly. Also Corinne might be retiring soon also. Especially since Summer McKinny is coming out. She still hadn’t or maybe Corinne is going to last three years like Gabriela and Luciana.

Happy Birthday, Makena!!! Her book was so on-point for kids her age, and Makena and her sister were so brave. I am so glad kids have books such as Makena's to learn more about difficult topics in a safe way, and also from the character's point of view. Makena has a love for fashion, and I love mixing and matching new outfits for her to wear. I have many pics to choose from, it is hard to pick one. I love this one where Makena shows her love for The Little Mermaid!

Your Makena looks beautiful in the Ariel mermaid outfit. If Makena were to have red hair she’d look exactly like Ariel in the live action version.

My twin hates Makena because her name is so similar and they even look alike and their personality's are alike😭
