New American Girl Refund Policy

American Girl has a new refund policy. These items are now non-refundable:

• Create Your Own items, including dolls

• Dolls with pierced ears

• Shipping and handling fees

P.S: I know it's Saturday, but I didn't get to go to AG today because it snowed and there was ice on the roads. I hope I can go tomorrow!
