so, about 10 minutes ago, I noticed my Pleasant Company Felicity's head was coming loose. So, without watching any sort of video recently (i watched one about 5-6 years ago), i untied the strings, took her head off, took a quick glance to see what was inside (this part isn't required), pulled out a bit of the stuffing *make sure to put it all in your hand and if stuffing is spilling out you took too much*, put the head back in to place, made sure it was tight enough, and double-knotted the strings and boom, all fixed!
