I went on the Small Dolls in a Big World site and found a leaked skirt that was polka-dotted. The author said that she thinks it's for a new birthday outfit because the current one is almost 2 years old (and the life span for most Truly Me items is usually 2 years). I agree too.

It looks Bitty Babyish to me, but if it's paired with a cute top, I'll buy it on sale, maybe!
