Luciana's Mars Habitat REVIEW!

Today I got the Mars Habitat from Luciana's collection for my 13th birthday next week! You can get it at the American Girl stores, but I recommend checking if they have it in stock, especially if you plan to get it at a temporary store closing in the next few weeks or St. Louis, which is closing on February 21. You can only get it shipped to the 48 US mainland states that aren't P.O boxes due to the size of it, so if you live in Alaska, Hawaii or a different country and visit a American Girl store in America, I recommend you get the habitat if you want it and ship it via a FedEx or UPS store to your home (or put it in the back of your car if you are traveling with a car) Canadians can also go order it online on the Indigo website.

This product requires more assembly than usual, and it took me and my dad 20 minutes to put it together. I could do it on my own, but my dad insisted on helping me.

This is what the habitat looked like when I was done:

The ground, ladders, walls, ceiling and satellite are all plastic, and the covering has a soft coushiny feel.

Now, it's time to look at all the individual pieces! Some have plastic hooks to snap on to the habitat.

This is an AGDN EXCLUSIVE video of what the mission control says:

After all the setup was done, this is what the three sides looked like!

Science lab.

Communication center.

Health and food area.

This is an amazing set! I love the quality of the set and the different pieces. Even my sister, who's 16, said it was better quality than Grace's Bakery! One thing I wish I could change is the way you change sides. You have to turn around the set to change sides, I wish it had a rotating feature so you could just turn the set and not the base to go to another area. This is an amazing set and I rate it 9.8 out of 10 stars!

If you made it this far, you get a brand new parking lot! (PARKING LOT! P-AAAAAAARRRRKIING LOT!)
