American Girl Miami Closing September 5th

The American Girl store in Miami, Florida is closing on September 5th. I first heard a rumor about it on Instagram, but I checked with American Girl and they confirmed the closure, as well as confirmed that the Orlando, Florida store will stay open. The Orlando store is the next closest store for Miami American Girl fans.
Miami's store opened in 2012, ten years ago. The American Girl store in Houston, Texas, also opened in 2012, but will remain open.
I've never been to the Miami store, but it is sad to see it go!

I am actually crying! I'm not joking! I was going to go on a cruise in November and the plan was to go to AG Miami! Now... well... those plans are over. When I lived in WA I didn't know there was an AG store because I was young. Once we moved to NC I knew there was an AG store, but knew we would never go! Then I moved here in CO! Over joyed that there was one so close! But it closed before I had a real AG doll! Then I was gonna go to the Seattle one FINALLY, then it closed!So, that's IT! EVEN IF THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT... I'm sending a loooong letter. 😭…
