American Girl Truly Me Retirement Rumor

There has been a rumor going around saying that every Truly Me doll, with the exception of the 89-92 "Street Chic" line, will be retiring on Thursday, September 8 to make room for a whopping 26 new Truly Me dolls.

I don't know how valid this is, as it was just an Internet rumor, but it has been repeated by pretty reliable sources, so it might be true. I'm safe considering I literally have every Truly Me doll, but if you have a Truly Me from the current lineup 88 or below that you really want, make sure to pick them up before they might go away!
