Why Kirsten Larson Won't Be Returning

We're nearing the one-year anniversary of Molly McIntire's return to the historical lineup, and due to the timing, some people have decided to ignite rumors on American Girl message forms and YouTube videos that Kirsten will be returning on June 1 or June 8. As the longest-running reliable source for American Girl news, I feel the need to report that this is false.
Why, you may ask?
We already have a major historical release in June with the release of Claudie's second book, and presumably more of Claudie's collection. That date is June 6th, and American Girl only releases things once a month, so June 1 and June 8 would not be plausible. Even if they released on July 1, that couldn't be true either, as Kavi's book is finally releasing that day and presumably more stuff for her.
There have been no hints or clues provided by American Girl and reliable rumor sources.
Kit was already rereleased last month - would American Girl really bring back another doll from the archives so soon, especially one with the same face mold, hair color and eye color?
Finally, the rumor source is just a fanmade YouTube video - not a real reputable source.
Sorry, Kirsten fans, but she's probably not coming back. At least not until 2024 - then, we'll see.
the bigger mystery behind this is how someone supposedly worked for them and said Kirsten would come back after Molly was mentioned also on youtube, well they were wrong if they counted Kit, maybe they don't count her though since she technically never went away entirely.
the only way I thought this would happen is if they were bringing back their OG outfits to the original hisotricals but once Addy's birthday passes and Samantha's I felt like that it's unlikely unless they want Kirsten to uplift their lack of sales lately since they've been on a decline.

this never made sense to me, because why would they rerelease two blonde blue-eyed historicals in the same year so close to each other?? i will say there have been a few "signs" of her return, like her silhouette on the website's historical page and being featured on AG social media. but none of that indicates that she will be rereleased *this year*. in the future, maybe, but not now. another reason is that Kit's rerelease was specified to be for her 100th birthday. no special event was specified for Kirsten. (none was specified for Molly either tho so idk) i'm so sick of people spreading rumors. AGtube and AG tumblr need to keep quiet more often than they do.
