Starting tomorrow, October 14 2016, the American Girl store in Chicago, Illinois, will start offering ear piercing services for GIRLS. Not just dolls, but real people ear piercing! This is only for the store in Chicago, it is unknown whether the other stores will follow suit. You can select from titanium earrings, white gold earrings or yellow gold earrings. When a girl gets her ears pierced, she will receive a pair of earrings of her choice, a bottle of ear care solution and tips on ear care. COMMENT DISCUSSION QUESTION: Do you have your ears pierced? I found some information on the first Wellie Wishers episode! It is called The Bothersome Bird and has this description: "When a noisy songbird keeps interrupting their puppet show rehearsal, the Wellie Wishers soon discover that the bird is protecting a nest of eggs close to their playhouse. The girls decide to move their performance a safe distance away so they and the birds can share the garden in peace." The show is rated TV-Y and each episode is 11 minutes long.
