Hi. It’s me, Isabelle. Our owner is back from vacation (yay!) and now I am typing while my owner is sleeping. First of all, I saw on Trademarkia that they abandoned the trademark Emmy. So that can’t be the GOTY 2015’s name anymore. But they trademarked Shelby. I don’t think that Shelby is going to be the GOTY, as she is a Innerstar U character. But it might be because its the summer and guess when my name was trademarked? Last summer. And my name is so close to Isabel, which is a Innerstar U character. And add letters l and e to the end and you got Isabelle. And to the movie info: It is about a girl namedCoco who has to save her grandparent’s shop, and learns a lesson about family. Coco is the doll’s codename, which means it’s not the doll’s name. They have codenames every year. Chrissa had Lulu, McKenna had Velma, Saige had Alberta and I had Blanche. I think that this is a trick story to get fans busy, so don’t expect a doll who has to save a shop. From, Isabelle

Sorry that we haven’t posted in a while. Our owner had homework, plans, stopmotions and Power BFFs. But now it’s summer and our owner is done with Power BFFs, now that means more stories! In May, I was looking at americangirl.com and it said “Say farewell to Marie Grace, Cecile, Ivy and Ruthie!” I screamed! The name in bold was MY NAME! Me getting retired? NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Yesterday, me and Isabelle cried. Me and Isabelle couldn’t find a way to solve the problem because our owner was on vacation. We texted her and she created a petition. Can you please sign it? Hi, it’s Isabelle. I am the Girl of the Year for this year (the highest honor a doll can get!) and also a doll detective. You think a Girl of the Year is sad when she gets retired. Well, I will, but I love trademark searching! And typing my evidence to the world! If you don’t like spoilers, then don’t read this, as this contains spoilers on next year’s GOTY. Otherwise, read on. So, I was searching trademarks on AG on Trademarkia, and I got a huge discovery. American Girl has trademarked names not used by dolls or Innerstar University characters! Here are the names: Emmy (It had no last name available, so I think that this is GOTY 2015!) Grace Thomas (Sounds pretty historical… I think this will be used for a 1950’s historical) News flash: We have 2 names so far! Please check another trademark website for more evidence! Hi! We just opened a blog of our own, yay! By the way, our friend Sydney made a petition about saving Girl of the Year dolls, and I like it!
