The new American Girl items are now up online!

Lila's collection is starting to go away, as her year is officially over and the Girl of the Year 2026 is just around the corner. Her Accessories and pajamas are now sold out, and her Gymnastics Competition Outfit is on Limited Quantities. Lila is the most popular Girl of the Year American Girl has made in a long time, so if there's anything you want from her collection before it goes away, go get it before it's gone! It will sell out quick!

The new American Girl Melody’s Hair Salon Chair makes noise - one noise is Melody “singing” Lift Every Voice and Sing, the song she sings for her solo at church, and the other noise is Melody “talking”.

It’s finally here! New Historical Character items, for both more recent characters and legacy Pleasant Company characters, have arrived in American Girl stores! I’m not able to get to a store for a while, since I’m moving out of my Nashville dorm right now for the summer and Charlotte’s store has closed, but luckily, @AGDollAndAGirl and @SonnetXGabriela on Instagram both kindly let me share their photos of the new items! Thank you to you both! First, a Collector Series reproduction of Addy’s School Outfit, with an Addy Learns A Lesson paperback book, has released for $55. Then, a Collector Series reproduction of Kirsten’s School Outfit, with a paperback copy of Kirsten Learns A Lesson, has released for $55. The last Collector Series reproduction is of Samantha’s Birthday Outfit, with a copy of Happy Birthday, Samantha. It costs $55. Now, let’s move on to the newer historicals! Nanea has a new floral dress and first aid kit. The dress is $36 and the first aid kit is $44. Melody has a new salon chair, accessories and outfit. The salon outfit costs $36, the accessories cost $44, and the chair costs $150. Lastly, Maryellen has a 2-in-1 outfit and an oven playset. The outfit costs $36 and the oven costs $125. Who are the American Girl Sisters? That's something that's been on our minds throughout this year. A new AG doll line that is supposed to launch this year, there's been a lot of theories about this. Now, Amazon and Simon and Schuster have shown their appearances and sample pages of their activity book, but there was no clear picture of who is who. But, I think I figured it out. There are four girls - a blond girl, a brown haired girl with light skin, a brown haired girl with medium skin, and a curly brown haired girl with dark skin. There are four names - Jozette, Francie, Lea and Wesley. The biggest clue to who is who that I figured it out is this page, that shows some of the AG Sister's families. This page shows a dark skinned man, presumably Wesley's father, under "Wesley's Day". This means that the curly haired dark skinned girl's name is Wesley. We then see a blond woman and blond child under "Jozette's Day". This means that the blond is named Jozette. This leaves two girls - the light skinned brunette and the pink-streaked brunette with medium skin - and two names - Francie and Lea. But this shows that Francie is the light skinned brunette one - which means Lea is the medium-skinned girl with pink streaks.

We've gotten a lot of AG Sisters news recently - and now, Amazon has revealed their appearances! Here they are: The rumored names have been confirmed: Jozette, Francie, Lea and Wesley. However, these haven't revealed who is who. We have four characters: One with brown hair, light skin and a poodle One with brown hair with pink streaks, medium skin and a cat One with blond hair with blue streaks, light skin, and a yellow dog One with brown hair with pink streaks, dark skin and a bunny This line is targeted towards kids six through eight - slightly older than the WellieWishers.

Several new American Girl books have been listed - an AG Sisters activity book and new covers for WellieWishers. To start, Ready to be Royal and Camille's Mermaid Tale are being rereleased with new covers on May 6th. Another American Girl Barbie collector doll is rumored to release this year, retailing for $275 each. These are rumored to be themed to the Peaches and Cream dolls.

Some rumors have started to float around about the upcoming AG Sisters doll line: "Coming soon is the new 14.5 inch American Girl Sisters line. The line features the characters Wesley, Lea, Jozette, and Francie. At the time of publishing this they will retail for $75 USD and come with unspecified accessories. In addition to the main dolls, Mattel will also release playsets and fashion packs. The playsets include...
