American Girl's making a new book series outside of the dolls! It is called Like Sisters, and centers on three girls- Emma, Sofia and Zoe. None of these names have been trademarked, so the characters from Like Sisters likely will not be dolls. The first book is called Emma Moves In, and it is by Clare Hutton, the author of some Poison/Rotten Apple books. "Emma has always loved spending time with her cousins, twin sisters Sofia and Zoe. Even though Emma lives 3,000 miles away, when they're together, it's like no time has passed. At a family reunion, the girls' parents have a big announcement: Emma's family is moving back to town--the three girls will finally live in the same place after all these years! Hope is a caring, quiet girl. She loves to play the flute- it's her form of therapy! Hope has Asperger's syndrome, which has many effects on her life. But Hope will always not let anything stop her positive attitude and her flute playing! She is best friends with her twin sister Gabriela and her Seaside co-star Jessica. My clue yesterday for my new doll gave it all away, so I'll just let you know who she is...... JUST LIKE YOU NUMBER TWO! WAHOO! Amelia is a 12 year old girl from a military family who loves math, science and hockey. She loves her soldier mother dearly, but she’s all the way in Iraq. The two are inseparable via FaceTime contact, but when her mother is killed in battle, Amelia faces a big change in her life. I heard on @americangirlcupcake13's Instagram, who heard from a reliable American Girl Buy/Sell/Trade group that American Girl might push Tenney, Logan and Felicity's release back from February 9 to February 16. I'm hoping they don't because I love Tenney and I really want Logan to leak! LEAK NOW LOGAN! PLEASE! AMERICAN GIRL TRIVIA: American Girl got boycotted by conservative groups in Fall 2005 when American Girl partnered with Girls Inc. to sell I Can bracelets. There's a new SM Network series in town! It is called Seaside, and will be uploaded on Fridays. Here's the intro: Amber (Jessica), Harper (Gabriela) and Delta (Hope) are three 14-year-old girls on a competitive gymnastics team in Monroe, North Carolina. They qualified for the National Gymnastics Competition, but they can't afford the hefty costs that come with Nationals. Luckily, their coach (Mayah)'s cousin (New Doll) owns a Seaside Diner restaurant, complete with drive-thru. The girls start working there at a pay rate of $10 an hour each, but will some mishaps stop them from reaching their dream? I love the series so far. My best friend Nicole came over today and we filmed the first few episodes. She loves it too! New Doll will appear in the season finale.
