As of today, March 26, 2016, American Girl World has closed due to nobody being on it (some people even left yesterday!) and my limited capabilites. It's been a fun few days, but it also distracted me from more important things, such as filming for my local film festival entry (I'll tell you guys if I get in!) and blogging on here. I like here way better because I get to do anything. The site URL now redirects to the My First World main page. I might try to take coding lessons and make a better one, but that would take years. Thanks to iTunes, my friend Simone and YouTube, I have officially seen every American Girl movie! I am putting what movie, the first (and latest) time I've seen it, my rating and rank of "Best AG Movie". Starting with the first AG movie! Movie: Samantha- An American Girl Holiday Method of Viewing- Rented On Apple TV, Watched on YouTube, Got The DVD For Christmas Last Year First Time- November 2014 Latest Time- March 12, 2016 Rating: 9 and a half out of 10 stars. I loved the movie, but the editing stunk. Oh, well. It was way better than Isabelle's. Rank: Tied with Grace's movie for 4th, however, it's a HC movie, so it get's a advantage and is #3. Movie: Felicity- An American Girl Adventure Method of Viewing- Bought On Apple TV First Time- December 2014 Latest Time- December 24, 2015 Rating: 9 and 3 quarters stars! It was amazing! I still can't believe that the actress who played Felicity is now the star of Divergent! Rank: #2 Movie: Molly- An American Girl On The Home Front Method of Viewing- Bought On Apple TV First Time- January 2015 Latest Time- July 25, 2015 Rating: PERFECT 10 stars! It was BEYOND BEYOND! I really need to see it again sometime. Maybe during spring break. Rank: #1 Movie: Kit Kittredge- An American Girl Method of Viewing- Rented On Apple TV First Time- October 25, 2014 Latest Time- Not seen since. Boo-hoo! Rating: 9 stars! I loved the whole movie. I took away one star because it wasn't true to the books, however. Rank: #5 Movie: Chrissa Stands Strong Method of Viewing- Simone's House, YouTube First Time- November 2014 Latest Time- July 2015 Rating: 8 and 3 quarters stars! I really liked it. I took away one and one quarter because it was edited like a home movie (though I understand because of the Great Recession) and because of that ANNOYING song at the end. Rank: #6 Movie: McKenna Shoots For The Stars Method of Viewing- Simone's House First Time- January 20, 2016 Latest Time- Never again! Rating: 2 and a half stars. I liked the gymnastics and Josie, but the movie was really cheesy. I hate cheesy movies. Rank: #7 Movie: Saige Paints The Sky Method of Viewing- YouTube First Time- January 2016 Latest Time- Never again! Rating: 1 star. You'd have to pay me money to watch this missed oppurtunity of a great movie again. Rank: #8 Movie: Isabelle Dances Into The Spotlight Method of Viewing- Bought On Apple TV First Time- July 2014 Latest Time- Never again! Rating: 0 stars. You'd have to pay me one million dollars to see this movie again. Rank: #9 (there are 9 AG movies, so) Movie: Grace Stirs Up Success Method of Viewing- Bought On Apple TV First Time- June 10, 2015 Latest Time- December 31, 2015 Rating: 9 and one half stars! American Girl's movie comeback! Because of this movie, we are seeing Lea's as well! We took away a half of a star because of a cheesy ending. But the rest of the movie makes up for it!
