I finally went to an American Girl store for the first time in four months today! I'm back in Nashville for the new school year, and I made sure to take pictures of everything that released since I left.

Today is Kaya's designated birthday by American Girl! She was born in 1755, making her 270 today.

Today is Lea's birthday! She was born on this day in 2005, making her 20 years old.

Emily Bennett is the Doll of the Month for August 2025! Emily Bennett, a young English girl, has come to stay with Molly McIntire's family to escape the bombing of London. Emily's parents sent her off with the reminder to be "a brave soldier for England," but Emily doesn't see how she can do that. While there's no indication that this is the Girl of the Year 2026 launch event, the hint that there will be GOTY prizes makes me think... could this be it?
