Maryellen's movie trailer is OUT! BAM! It is actually called Extraordinary Christmas, The Gift Of Giving was a working title. DING! DING! DING! The Pretty Ballet Outfit's on lifeline, so we need a new ballet practice outfit. And we got one. I'm glad that with Gabriella, the tap dancers get celebrated by American Girl. The ballerinas usually get everything. Here's the outfit! It comes with the same exact components the old one came with: leotard, shrug, tights, legwarmers, headband, shoes. I like the leotard, but this outfit is too clichéd for me to like it. I already have my ballet outfits for my ballet girl Isabelle, thank you very much. Halloween's over, so that means that Christmas is everywhere now! (Why does everyone forget about Thanksgiving? That's my favorite holiday besides Christmas and my birthday and New Year's!) And Christmas sure is present on the American Girl site. I really like this picture! I'd do my American Girl doll holiday picture like this, but 38 dolls is WAY too many for that pose. Yes! Another month with perfect behavior means another dolly! (This is a big deal for me because I have Aspergers, a form of autism) And the doll is (last minute hint... she might be found at the 2018 Winter Olympics)....,..,,,.... Miss Mia St Clair! I'm so happy because I've wanted Mia for the LONGEST time. And it's a coincidence that I got her on Halloween, too! I got her from eBay for only $80 (the seller thought that she was a Truly Me) and, as a added bonus, Mia's old owner got Mia's ears pierced! Her legs are a bit loose, but hey, that's a good excuse to spend a AG gift card I forgot about from my birthday in January to get Mia some arm crutches! Who is your favorite GOTY and why? My favorite is Grace, partially because I have almost her entire collection, partially because I love her story, partially because of Miraculous Ladybug.

Ah, the things I do for this blog. Once I hid in the bathroom stalls at school to post about Melody's book cover, another time I had to stand in a stampede of four year olds running around and mothers giving me dirty looks to take pictures of the Wellies, and another time I skipped art at school to leak Melody and this time I'm cutting my science test study time (yes, my teacher gave us a test on Halloween- actually two tests on Halloween) to bring you this leak. It's SHOES! These are really pretty! I think they might be for Girl of the Year 2017, Gabriela McBride. If you've been living under a rock, she's a tap dancer. These look like tap shoes, correct me if I'm wrong. I took tap ONCE and it was in kindergarten. AMERICAN GIRL TRIVIA: Marisol was the doll that brought success to the GOTY line. Maybe the secret ingredient to saving the GOTYs is dancers of color..... (stares off into space) COMMENT DISCUSSION QUESTION: Today's Halloween! What's the most wacky moment you've ever experienced on Halloween (and if you don't celebrate it, what's the most wacky moment you've encountered at school)? MY ANSWER: When I was 8, I went to this house and a creepy talking skeleton was giving out the candy. It gave me a jump scare, and I've never been to that house ever since.
