Julie's FINALLY getting another basketball outfit! I am so happy because I never got to get Julie's old basketball outfit. Now Julie's Jaguars jersey can be introduced to a new generation! On Disney Channel this afternoon, there is going to be an American Girl movie double-feature for back-to-back family fun! The fun will start at 2:05 pm (1:05 pm central, 3:05 pm mountain, 2:05 pm Pacific) after a Mickey Mouse cartoon! The first movie is going to be Grace Stirs Up Success, last year's Girl of the Year. The movie stars Olivia Rodrigo from the new Disney Channel show Bizzardvark as Grace, last year's Girl of the Year. It made it's television debut on Family Channel in Canada last November and was on Disney Channel last June. I totally recommend watching this movie. It's my favorite GOTY movie! Following Grace Stirs Up Success is Lea To The Rescue in it's first television airing ever! It stars Maggie Elizabeth Jones from the hit movie We Bought A Zoo as Lea Clark, the 2016 Girl of the Year doll! I think the Lea movie was good. Lea came off a bit stubborn and rude at times, but I get how she felt. I act like that sometimes when I'm under pressure, too. I don't think the under 7-set should watch this, but if your 7 and up, watch this! Two American Girl movies, one fantastic afternoon! And if you miss this afternoon on Disney Channel, don't fret! Grace Stirs Up Success is airing again at 9 am tomorrow! But if you want to watch the parade tomorrow, don't forget to go to Disney Channel this afternoon for one epic, amazing movie marathon! Dad just ordered me a 3D printer as a early Christmas present! I am SOOO happy because that is what I am going to use to make Special Dolls! IT'S HAPPENING, FOLKS! IT'S HAPPENING! I am so happy that I am apart of the Toy Box Revolution to make toys with disabilities. As a type 1 diabetic and Aspie girl, I am proud to say that Special Dolls, the first line of disabled dolls with their own backstories, was my own idea that I came up with as a 10 year old girl trying to cope with her diagnosis of diabetes. As a thank you for waiting almost two days for a new post (stupid teachers giving so much homework before break), I decided to give more details about the two types of Special Dolls: You may know about the main Special Dolls. But I haven't told you about the second line of dolls from Special Dolls: My Special Doll! This is a line of dolls with different skin, hair and eye combos, like Truly Me from American Girl. But the special appeal is that you get to pick out what her special quality is and order the accessory that goes with it with the doll within the cost: Does she have diabetes? How about a prosthetic limb? A wheelchair? We have it! And they come with a blank book, just like Truly Me dolls in the 90's did, so you can write your own story for your special doll! This is a awesome project I am working on. In addition to what I am doing now, I will maybe add boy dolls in the future or make another line that features dolls with disabilities for younger kids! But for now, enjoy your sneak peeks! So far, they're coming out just in time for Christmas 2017! I was bored, so I decided to make some predictions about how Gabriela McBride, the GOTY 2017, will look like because what I call "LeakFest 2016" is about to start in a week! LeakFest is from the Sunday after Thanksgiving to New Year's Eve, and during LeakFest, the GOTY mini and full size doll leaks, her plot and book covers leak and near the end of LeakFest, her whole collection leaks! Just in time for LeakFest 2016, here are my predictions! I am using Truly Me #46 in all of my predictions because Gabriela is a modified #46, we don't know what modifications she'll have yet, though. Story/Interests: Gabriela is a dancer of many styles and has a pet cat named Maya. Gabriela also has a stutter and uses spoken word poetry to overcome it. A quick search on Georgetown Publications, American Girl's publisher in Canada, says that the title of her craft book is Express Yourself With GOTY 2017, so a theme in her books will be self-expression. A odd combo of clothing articles leaked today on the grey market- a jacket and a tutu! These will not be in the same outfit, obviously. She is a tap dancer, but my theory is that maybe she was enrolled in ballet and didn't like it, so she taught herself tap and showed herself off at a recital?
